Body Fat Change of Adult by Regular Exercise Program

Abstract
The purpose of this study was confirm effect of regular exercise program on body fat change of adults, from December 3, 2001 to April 11, 2002. Subjects were 70 adults selected among adult who agreed with intention of this researcher and were willing to take part in this study.
The regular exercise program as done by these subjects for 75 minutes per each day, 4 day per week for 4 weeks. The regular exercise program is consisted of warming-up exercise(stretching) for five minutes, main exercise (forty minute aerobic exercise and twenty-five minute muscular resistance training) for sixty-five minutes, and cool-down exercise(stretching) for five minutes.
Results of study were as follows:
¡¤Body Weight and BMI revealed significant decrease after the regular exercise program.
¡¤Fat mass revealed significant decrease after the regular exercise program.
¡¤Percent body fat revealed significant decrease after the regular exercise program.
¡¤Skinfold thickness revealed significant decrease after the regular exercise program.
In conclusion, the regular exercise helped promote affirmative change in body fat so that the regular exercise program can effectively used for adults to maintain an ideal physical composition.
